个人简介
王敬欣，女，博士，山东潍坊人。现为天津市特聘教授、天津师范大学海河杰出教授、发展与教育心理学方向学科带头人、博士研究生导师；中国心理学会认定心理学家、眼动研究专委会副主任委员，天津市社会心理学会副会长。天津市“131”创新型人才培养工程第一层次人才，天津市宣传文化“五个一批”人才，入选天津市高校“中青年骨干创新人才培养计划”和天津师范大学“国家级高端人才培育计划”。从2005年至今，带领课题组完成多项国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家社科基金一般和青年项目、国家外专重点项目、教育部人文社科基地重大项目、中-英合作牛顿基金项目、国家留学基金委高级研究学者项目及多项省部级课题，发表论文百余篇，其中SCI/SSCI论文60余篇，CSSCI论文50余篇；近年来，带领团队展开国际合作，在阅读发展心理学研究领域做出了许多开创性的工作，曾多次受邀参加国际学术会议，并做学术报告，系列研究成果发表在Cognition, Psychology and Aging, Journals of Gerontology: Psychological Science, Psychonomic Bulletin & Review, Quarterly Journal of Experimental Psychology, Attention, Perception, & Psychophysics以及《心理学报》、《心理科学》等国内外高影响力期刊。在学校的历届岗位考核中多次获得优秀，与英国的莱斯特大学、南安普顿大学建立了长期合作，指导多名博士研究生获国家留学基金委资助前往英国南安普顿大学、莱斯特大学进行联合培养。
